Meade Williams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 15 years of clinical experience across educational, community, and private practice settings. As a Credentialed Mindfulness Instructor with Mindful Schools, a certified Mindfulness-Based Substance Abuse Treatment Provider, and a UCLA PEERS® Clinic Adolescents Certified Provider, she is dedicated to fostering mental wellness through mindfulness.

Passionate about supporting youth and adults alike on their unique journeys, Meade works to strengthen the communities that nurture them. She leverages the power of mindfulness to inspire students, adults, and the systems that support them to dream big and develop the skills needed to achieve their most ambitious goals.

Born and raised in Visalia, CA, Meade contracts with TCOE’s Project Aware as Mindfulness Coordinator, and maintains a private consultation practice, Garden House Therapy. When not tending to work, she enjoys chasing rainbows with her daughter, baking pies, and performing live music.

My name is Wesley, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist living in Lemoore, California. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, and queer identity. Much of my work comes from a place of engaging on a personal level and drawing knowledge from client's interests. Being able to talk with client's about their passions and interests, using them as parallels to our lives and finding growth with them is such an honor and a joy to cultivate.
